RBOLO INFO SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Lemon Mandi product. This policy applies to the Lemon Mandi website pages, mobile application, and related support. It does not change RateBolo’s existing construction-related pages or services.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use Lemon Mandi, we may collect:
- Shop account details such as shop name, username, and login credentials
- Staff (counter) account details created by a shop owner
- Business records you enter, including farmer and vendor names, phone numbers, villages or shop details, lots, Pattis, bills, payments, and reports
- Shop settings, printer preferences, and bag-balance / billing records
- Support messages sent to supportlemon@ratebolo.com
- Device and usage information needed to operate the app, including camera access for Action Book OCR and Patti QR scanning when you use those features
- Backup data you choose to send to Google Drive when you use shop backup
How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve Lemon Mandi
- Operate shop billing, Patti, printing, reports, and support
- Respond to support requests and service notices
- Protect users, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations
Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate Lemon Mandi (for example hosting or Google Drive when you connect backup), when required by law, or if the business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction.
Data retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Shop owners can request account deletion from within the app where that function is available.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or ask questions about this policy, by emailing supportlemon@ratebolo.com. We may need to verify your request.
Children’s privacy
Lemon Mandi is a business product for merchant shops. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
