By accessing or using Lemon Mandi, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
The product
Lemon Mandi is a fruits and vegetables product operated by RBOLO INFO SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. It is a merchant billing / Patti application for lemon mandi shops, including shop accounts, lots, Farmer Pattis, printing, vendor records, reports, and related shop tools. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep account details current. Shop owners are responsible for staff accounts they create and for activity under the shop. You must keep login credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Lemon Mandi for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activity
- Interfere with the product, other users, or our systems
- Copy, scrape, or misuse content except as allowed by law or these terms
- Enter false shop, farmer, vendor, lot, or Patti records
Shop records
You remain responsible for lots, Pattis, bills, and other records you enter. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and process that data as needed to operate Lemon Mandi. Figures shown in the app are operational shop records, not professional legal, tax, or financial advice.
Printing and device features
Thermal printing, camera OCR, QR scanning, and Google Drive backup depend on your device, permissions, and third-party services. We do not guarantee that every printer, camera, or backup destination will work in every environment.
Intellectual property
The Lemon Mandi name, RateBolo branding, software, and site content are owned by RBOLO INFO SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. You may not use them without permission except as needed to use the product.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Lemon Mandi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RBOLO INFO SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the product.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we need to protect the product, users, or legal compliance. You may stop using Lemon Mandi at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Vijayapura, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
